Setup and Delivery Information *

• POWER Ultra quiet generator runs up to 16 hours. Instructions included. • DELIVERY WINDOW Delivery scheduled 48 hours to 2 hours before the event. No extra cost. • YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT for delivery or pickup if we have clear placement instructions. • PLACEMENT Level ground and clearance similar to a school bus for truck and trailer access. • DOORS Both restroom doors are on the left side of the trailer when facing the hitch side/ passenger side of a vehicle. • WATER ACCESS A spigot with hose access must be within reach. If not, an additional fee applies for pre filling the water tank. • WEATHER CONDITIONS If placed on soft ground (such as grass or dirt), the ground may be affected especially in wet weather. • PERMITS Street placement may require a permit. Client is responsible for verifying with the municipality. Permit applications typically require to be submitted at least 30 days before event. • IMPORTANT Our team makes every effort to ensure a smooth setup and will work with you whenever possible. If access, level ground, or required water are not available, placement may not be possible and rental fees will remain due in full. While you indicate water availability on your inquiry form, please notify us immediately if anything changes before your event so we can prepare accordingly.
